This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using the PainChek Android App.

What's happening?

The PainChek Android App release version 4.27.1 will be updated with a Limited Release from Thursday 8th of June 2023.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where upgrading from an earlier version of PainChek could cause the App to crash.

  • Fixed an issue where the App would not log out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.

You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek":

Otherwise, access the Google Play store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.
