PainChek iOS Release Note - Update 2.25

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek for iPhone or iPad app

What's happening?

The PainChek iOS application release version 2.25 will be available for download from the Apple App Store on Tuesday the 11th of October 2022.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

  • Updated the copyright label on the Support sections.

  • Fixed an issue where Quick Sign In for a reactivated user would display without the user having to sign in and set it up.

  • Fixed an issue where resident sharing would give an error.

  • Fixed an issue where the PainChek App would crash on iOS 16.

  • Fixed an issue that would sometimes remove the Job Title and Phone Number from a user’s profile if Quick Sign In was switched off.

 New Features and Enhancements

  • Removed the user type selection screen displayed before the sign in screen.

  • Added the ability to disable the Pain Chart in the resident dashboard to a license.

 Backend and Maintenance Updates

  •  Fixed an issue where the Custom URL end-point wouldn’t work.

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.

You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek":

Otherwise, access the Apple App store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.
