PainChek Back-End 2.74 & Front-End 3.43 Release Notes Update - Thursday 30th of October 2025

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek Portal website.

What's happening?

The PainChek Portal version Backend 2.74 & Frontend 3.43 will be released on Thursday 30th of October 2025.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

  • Online Learning URL - Fixed an issue where the Online Learning URL field did not function as expected.

  • Webhook Timestamp Precision - Fixed an issue where webhooks would fail if the assessment time was recorded as .00000 seconds.

  • Incorrect User Type Assignment - Resolved an issue where some licenses without tenant IDs were incorrectly assigned a user type.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Date Picker Component - A new Date Picker has been added to the Portal analytics page and integrated with the API, improving date-based filtering and report generation.

  • US Localisation for HealthChek - HealthChek has been localized for the US market, aligning it with regional requirements.

  • Overdue and Awaiting Follow-ups Endpoint - Introduced a new API endpoint to retrieve overdue and awaiting follow-up items, enhancing visibility and automation opportunities for integrations.

  • HealthChek Metrics Display - Added percentage signs to relevant HealthChek metrics for clearer interpretation.

Security & Maintenance Updates

  • Home Page Performance - Optimized analytics calls on the home page to improve speed and responsiveness.

  • Various security and stability improvements.

What do I have to do?

There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version.

In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
