PainChek Android Release Note - Update 4.30

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek for Android .
 

What's happening?

The PainChek  Android  version 4.30  will be released on Thursday 8th of February 2024 .
 

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

  • Resolved issue where the Android app failed to scroll up to display newly created assessments.

  • Fixed display issue where users' first and last names appeared as "Null null" instead of their real names, which prevented them from creating NRS assessments on Android.

  • Fixed an issue where the Pain Chart would not display assessments after adding a comment to a user profile.

  • Addressed the behaviour where if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled and a user unsuccessfully attempts to sign in via Quick Sign In (QSI) three times, they are directed to the non-SSO sign-in screen upon selecting Yes.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Added the ability to remove Quick Sign In (QSI) by tapping and holding on the QSI icon and confirming removal.

  • Updated the look and feel of the Android App to align with the iOS version.

 
Backend and Maintenance Updates

  •   Addressed duplicated network calls related to Single Sign-On (SSO) for improved efficiency and performance. 

 

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically. You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek". Otherwise, access the Google Play Store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.
