PainChek Android Release Note - Update 4.28.2

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using the PainChek Android App.

What's happening?

The PainChek Android App release version 4.28.2 will be updated on Wednesday 30th of August 2023.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

  • Fixed an issue for clients using SSO (Single Sign On) where logging in with a different user to the user who registered the device was not working correctly.

What do I have to do?

You should update to version 4.28.2 as soon as possible.

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.

Otherwise, access the Google Play store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.

How do I know what version of PainChek I am using?

You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek":
