What's changed?
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
Pain Trends now loads more reliably for larger organisations, with fewer timeouts.
General stability fixes.
New Features & Enhancements
Pain-level based follow-up windows: defaults are Severe 1h, Moderate 1h, Mild 4h. Existing licenses are unchanged; their current window is applied to all three levels. If you’d like per-level windows on an existing license, contact your PainChek Account Manager or Support.
The “Outstanding follow-ups” info banner now shows the three pain-level based windows.
Future module groundwork (no customer impact yet): early Overdue Assessments views and basic text filtering are enabled for PainChek Internal Staff only as we prepare for a wider rollout.
Security & Maintenance Updates
Security updates applied to the API backend; no customer action is required.
Ongoing security hardening and stability improvements.
Continued support for legacy outstanding-metric pools for EU clients; deprecation timing will be announced later.
What do I have to do?
There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version.
