PainChek Back-End 2.46 & Front-End 3.17 Release Notes - Tuesday 5th of May 2022
Who should read this?
This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using the PainChek Portal.

The PainChek Portal release version Back-End 2.46 & Front-End 3.17 will be updated on Tuesday 5th of May 2022.

Webhooks not triggering
Duplicate users appear in user's list when login as Admin and Users
Unregistered users - Update Product label for EU region UK responsible person details
Update Product label for EU region does not display UK responsible person details
Shared Care not working - Backend gives error: "You are not allowed to perform this action"
Email addresses with an ' in their name don't allow activation
Investigate console error when loading an NRS assessment view

When editing an Admin without "Full Site Access" and changing the user to "License Admin", it doesn't automatically add "Full Site Access"

What do I have to do?
For the PainChek Portal to update there's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version of the PainChek Portal.
There will be a slight performance degradation on Tuesday 5th of May 2022 between 9:30pm and 10pm AEDT for a maximum of 10 minutes while the update is applied.
In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
