PainChek Front-End Release Note - Update 3.9.1 May 2021

What's happening?

PainChek will be updating the Portal website to release 3.9.1 on 12th of May 2021 between 11 pm and 1am AEDT.

What's changed?

  • Added a notification for users using PainChek on Internet Explorer that Internet Explorer is no longer supported and users should use an alternative web browser.

  • Other minor improvements and bug fixes.

What do I have to do?

There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version of the PainChek Portal.

There will be a slight performance degradation between 11am 12th of May and 1am 13th of May AEDT for a maximum of 10 minutes while the update is applied.

In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
