PainChek Android Release Note - Update 4.29.3

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using the PainChek Android App.

What's happening?

The PainChek Android App release version 4.29.3 will be updated Friday 29th of September 2023.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

  • Fixed an issue where the user was displayed the wrong messaging if an invalid username/password combination was used.

  • Fixed an issue where the device was not prompted to be reset when a major change was made to the user’s license.

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.

Otherwise, access the Google Play store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.

How do I know what version of PainChek I am using?

You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek":
