PainChek Android Release Note - Update 4.31

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek for Android .

What's happening?

The PainChek  Android  version 4.31  will be released on Wednesday 17th of July 2024 .

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

  • Improved the overall design and appearance of the Android App.

  • Fixed a bug where archiving a Resident with an unsaved assessment retained the unsaved assessment instead of deleting it.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Added functionality to filter Residents by Ward/Wing.

  • Users can now sort Residents alphabetically by First Name or Last Name.

  • Limited the number of Quick Sign In attempts allowed. After 3 incorrect attempts, Regular Sign In is required to reinstate Quick Sign In.

  • Added the ability to hide assessment fields based on license settings.

  • Updated the assessment flow to support post-assessment messages.

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically. You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek". Otherwise, access the Google Play Store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.
