PainChek Back-End 2.76 & Front-End 3.45 Release Notes Update - Thursday 27th of November 2025

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek Portal website.

What's happening?

The PainChek Portal version Backend 2.76 & Frontend 3.45 will be released on Thursday 27th of November 2025.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements

  • Fixed capitalisation inconsistencies in the country list.

  • Various improvements to security and authentication.

New Features & Enhancements

  • Retired assessment actions in analytics.

  • Updated HealthChek follow-up page titles and descriptions.

  • Made Overdue Assessments available. For more information on this new section, please visit this page.

Security & Maintenance Updates

  • Fixed privilege escalation vulnerability.

What do I have to do?

There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version.

In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared.
