This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek for Android.
What's happening?
The PainChek for iOS 2.35 will be released on Tuesday 21st of April 2026.
What's changed?
Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement
Resolved an issue that could cause the app to crash for some users when signing in with Single Sign‑On (SSO).
Fixed an issue where the app could remain stuck on the loading screen after signing in using Quick Sign In.
Improved reliability of Face Mode capture to ensure it is recorded correctly in all supported scenarios.
Addressed an issue where the assessment type selection screen (PainChek or NRS) could be skipped unintentionally.
New Features and Enhancements
Added support for deep linking.

What do I have to do?
If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.
Otherwise, access the Apple App store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.
How do I know what version of PainChek I am using?
You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek":
