PainChek Back-End 2.86 & Front-End 3.55 Release Notes Update - Wednesday 16th of September 2026
Who should read this?This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek Portal website. What's happening?The PainChek Portal version 3.55 and PainChek Backend version 2.86 will be released on Wednesday 16th of September 2026. What's changed?Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements· Users without access to a device’s linked sites now see the relevant site names and clearer instructions for requesting access or setting up the device again. · The Overdue Assessments section is now hidden when users lack either patient or assessment permissions. · Yardi progress notes for assessments with no pain now display “No Pain” instead of “None Pain”. New Features & Enhancements · Face Mode Choices can now be configured using an ordered, non-empty selection of Video, Adaptive and Manual modes. · A new Closed Assessments tab lists closed follow-up assessments with links to the relevant resident and assessment details. · Added support for two new integration partners in North America – Yardi and MatrixCare Security & Maintenance Updates · Updated backend, reporting service and portal dependencies to address security vulnerabilities. · Added software bills of materials across PainChek repositories to improve dependency tracking. There's no action required. The update will occur on the server so when you log in after the update is applied, you will already be using the latest version. In the unlikely event that the PainChek Portal gives an error after the upgrade, please clear the cache from your web browser. Please speak with your internal IT team if your web browser needs the cache cleared. |
