Infants iOS 2.9

This version contains important updates, and we strongly recommend updating to the latest version of the iOS Infant App as soon as possible.

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek iOS Infant App.

What's happening?

The PainChek iOS Infant App version 2.9 will be released on Friday 15th of March 2024 with a limited release via TestFlight distribution.

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

  • Fixed an issue where invalidating Quick Sign In tokens was causing the App to crash.
  • Fixed an issue where transitioning a user from TenantID to email was causing Quick Sign In tokens to become invalidated.
  • Fixed an issue where the App logs were not being cleared, causing the App to take up more space than needed.

New Features and Enhancements

  • Adaptive Mode is now controlled via a license setting.
  • Users can now reset the PainChek App by going to Support > About PainChek > expanding the Device section and tapping Reset Painchek.

Backend and Maintenance Updates

  • Added Support for XCode 15 to support iOS 17

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.

Otherwise, access the Apple App store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.

How do I know what version of PainChek I am using?

You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek":
