PainChek Android Release Note - Update 4.29.5

Who should read this?

This release note applies to all PainChek users who are currently using PainChek for  Android .

What's happening?

The PainChek  Android  version  4.29.5  will be released on  Wednesday 13th of December 2023 .

What's changed?

Bug Fixes and Performance Improvement

·       Addressed the problem on Android where minimizing the app or switching apps while on the SSO sign-in page resulted in a blank SSO page. 

·       Implemented improved error message display for SSO on Android, providing clearer feedback to users during sign-in processes. 

·       Fixed the SSO form size issue on Android to ensure optimal visibility and usability. 

·       Rectified an issue where, when the app remained idle for 20 minutes while a user was deactivated, it persisted in allowing the user to log in using Quick Sign In (QSI).

What do I have to do?

If your device is set to receive updates automatically, there is no need to do anything. PainChek should be updated automatically.

You can check the version of the application from the PainChek dashboard by selecting the "Support" option and then selecting "About PainChek". 

Otherwise, access the Google Play Store, search for PainChek and select "Update" if available.
